Job summary

Xerxes HydroChain is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to coordinate opportunities from qualification through execution, acting as a central link among Territory Sales Managers, engineering teams, distributors, and contractors.

Responsibilities include maintaining project data in CRM, tracking status and deliverables, supporting pricing, and ensuring timely, accurate technical information for customers and partners. Remote-friendly role with ET-friendly collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in commercial construction, civil construction, manufacturing, project coordination, estimating, customer solutions, or inside sales.
• Experience supporting project-based work from opportunity identification through project completion.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with teams operating in Eastern Time.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify project-based sales opportunities with Territory Sales Managers.
• Coordinate technical deliverables and maintain accurate project data in the CRM.
• Monitor project status, timelines, and shipment dates; review drawings and documentation for accuracy.
• Collaborate on pricing strategies and support budgetary and formal quotations.
• Ensure timely and accurate project information and deliverables for customers and partners.
• Improve customer response times and overall project execution.
