Job summary

Xerxes HydroChain is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to coordinate between Territory Sales Managers, engineering teams, distributors, contractors, and consulting partners to advance opportunities and deliver exceptional customer support.

In this role you will identify qualified project opportunities, maintain accurate project data in the CRM, coordinate technical deliverables, and help secure HydroChain projects through effective project management and proactive stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in related fields (construction, project coordination, or inside sales).
• Experience supporting project-based work from opportunity identification through completion.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work remotely with Eastern Time teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify project-based sales opportunities with TSMs.
• Coordinate project activities with drafting, engineering, and internal support teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project information in the CRM; monitor status and timelines.
• Review technical deliverables and project documentation for accuracy and completeness; assist with quotations.
