Job summary

Xerxes HydroChain is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to coordinate opportunities from qualification to execution. You will work with Territory Sales Managers, engineers, distributors, and contractors to advance projects and deliver excellent customer support.

Required 2-4 years in related fields and a degree in Engineering/Construction. You will manage project data, collaborate on technical deliverables, and help improve response times while operating in an Eastern Time remote

Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in related field such as commercial/construction/project coordination or inside sales.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Strong organizational skills with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Identify and qualify project opportunities with Territory Sales Managers and partners.
Maintain accurate project data and CRM records throughout the lifecycle.
Coordinate technical deliverables with engineering and internal teams.
Support pricing strategies and quotations for projects.
Ensure timely and accurate project information and documentation.
