Job summary

QVC Group is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Grandin Road, and Garnet Hill brands from a remote home office in the United States. The role involves handling high-volume inbound inquiries, promoting products, and delivering a personalized shopping experience.

Starting at $15.00 per hour with applicable shift differentials, it includes a full-time schedule with weekend work.

Qualifications

• Provide a distraction free work from home environment.
• 12+ months of service experience
• Learn and work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
• Communicate with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders
• Navigate multiple systems and screens
• Follow our computer system requirements
• Troubleshoot own technical problems (in partnership with IT when needed)

Responsibilities

• $15.00 per hour plus shift differential where applicable
• Full Time, 40 hour work schedule that includes a weekly weekend shift requirement
• Busy day handling our high volume of inbound customer inquiries
• Offer additional products on each customer interaction
• Assist customers with questions while personalizing the experience for each caller
• Calls include confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data

• Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor
