Job summary

QVC Group is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our live social shopping team. This remote role requires you to reside in Indiana and work from home on a full‑time, 40‑hour schedule, including a weekly weekend shift.

You will handle high volumes of inbound inquiries and upsell relevant products during every interaction. You must have 12+ months of service experience and be comfortable in a virtual environment with a fixed schedule.

Qualifications

• 12+ months of service experience.
• Learn and work in a virtual environment with a set schedule.
• Communicate with customers in a professional manner.
• Navigate multiple systems and screens.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues with IT support when needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries.
• Identify customer needs and upsell relevant products during every interaction.
• Assist customers with refunds, payments, orders, and account questions.
• Provide personalized service and escalate issues when necessary.
• Report to a Customer Service Supervisor and contribute to strong metrics.
