Job summary

QVC Group, a remote-first live social shopping company, is seeking Customer Service Specialists to support Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Grandin Road and Garnet Hill. You will handle high-volume inbound inquiries, promote products, and personalize the customer experience from home.

This full-time, 40-hour role requires residing in Indiana, Ohio, or Kentucky, with weekend shifts. Compensation is $15.00 per hour plus applicable shift differential; benefits include health care from day 1, a 401(k),

Qualifications

• 12+ months of service experience.
• Ability to work from home in a distraction-free environment.
• Ability to work in a virtual environment with a set schedule.
• Experience communicating with a variety of customer styles.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound customer inquiries.
• Actively participate in upsell program by identifying needs and offering relevant products.
• Assist customers with questions and personalize the experience.
• Process refunds, payments, orders, and analyze account data.
• Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor.
