Qualifications

• 12+ months of customer service experience.
• Experience working in a virtual/remote environment.
• Ability to communicate with a variety of styles.
• Navigate multiple systems and screens.

• Willingness to work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries.
• Offer additional products on each interaction to promote sales.
• Assist customers with questions and personalize the experience.
• Handle refunds, payments, orders, and account data analysis.

• Report to a Customer Service Supervisor.
