QVC Group is seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist to support inbound customer calls from home. The role requires a year of service experience and comfort with a virtual environment, navigating multiple systems to assist customers and promote products.

Qualifications

• 12 months or more of customer service experience.
• Learn and work in a virtual environment.
• Communicate with a variety of styles.
• Navigate multiple systems and screens.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries.
• Offer additional products on each interaction to drive sales.
• Assist customers with questions while personalizing the experience for each caller.
• Confirm refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data.
• Report to a Customer Service Supervisor and maintain a courteous, proactive service approach.
• Work a set full-time schedule, including one weekend day and one weekday off.
