Qualifications

• Detail oriented and able to organize and prioritize work and meet tight deadlines.
• Effective call handling skills and professionalism.
• Strong shift attendance.
• 1–2 years experience in a call center.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications and able to learn software.

Responsibilities

• Proactively discuss and recommend additional products and services during qualified calls.
• Assist customers with inquiries and concerns.
• Document account information accurately in client system.
