Responsibilities

• Research data on accounts and billing to validate debts.
• Handle daily client requests via phone, email, fax, and mail.
• Produce client reports as requested.
• Learn new computer platforms as needed.
• Comply with applicable laws and TSI policies.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to management on issues.
• Suggest process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
