Qualifications

• Must have prior call center experience.
• Great Attendance.
• Typing 35-40 WPM.
• Camera etiquette – cameras on during training.
• Flexible – shifts 7am-8pm EST.
• Willing to work overtime during storms.
• Adhere to short daily breaks and lunch.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls regarding billing inquiries, disconnect/reconnect, payment arrangements, budget billings, and making payments.
• Process trouble and outage orders; assist customers with My Account online.
