Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their accounts.
• Ensure all account information is documented in the client’s system.
• Provide detailed explanations of account status and inquiries.
• Assist customers with delinquent accounts per state guidelines.
• Adhere to state and federal regulations pertaining to duties.
• Maintain an average inbound handle time.
• Achieve Quality Assurance goals.
• Adhere to production measures (time on calls, schedule adherence).
