Transworld Systems Inc. in Somerset, KY is seeking an onsite Customer Service Representative. You will handle inbound calls, document records, and resolve inquiries with accuracy. Training starts Oct 19, 2026, Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm, EST, followed by standard hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree or if undergraduate, with relevant work experience preferred.
• Previous customer service and/or call center experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
• Proficient with personal computers, including Microsoft Office; strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a team fostered environment.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Communicate via inbound telephone calls with consumers.
• Provide prompt resolution to customer inquiries with accurate information and documentation.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Understand programs, systems, and procedures to perform job effectively.
• Maintain diplomacy when dealing with upset or escalated calls; escalate as needed.
• Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Provide feedback to management on potential problems or improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
