Job summary

Transworld Systems Inc. is hiring a remote Customer Service Representative to handle inbound billing inquiries, payments, and account support from a home office. Training is provided, with schedule during onboarding and supportive team environment.

The role demands strong communication, reliable attendance, and the ability to multitask across systems, with overtime in response to client needs and storms.

Qualifications

• Must have prior call center experience.
• Great attendance and punctuality.
• Must type at least 35–40 WPM with good computer navigation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Open to overtime, including nights and weekends during storms.
• Able to multitask and manage multiple systems simultaneously.
• Remote work requires a hard-wired broadband connection and camera on training.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls regarding billing inquiries.
• Handle disconnect/reconnect requests and payment arrangements.
• Process budget billings and take payments as needed.
• Manage trouble and outage orders and move in/out service.
• Assist customers with My Account online.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with procedures.
