Job summary

Transworld Systems Inc. is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role offers training from home with 15.00 USD per hour, standard 8am–5pm EST training hours, and subsequent operation hours of 7am–7pm EST.

You will discuss products, assist customers, and maintain accurate records. Ideal candidates have call center experience, strong attendance, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented, able to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Effective call handling skills and high professionalism.
• Strong shift attendance.
• 1–2 years in a call center environment preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications and able to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Discuss and recommend additional products and services to customers during qualified calls.
• Potential for monthly/quarterly bonus based on KPI performance.
• Assist customers with inquiries/concerns.
• Ensure account information is documented in the client system.
• Explain account status and inquiries to customers.
• Adhere to state and federal regulations applicable to duties.
• Assist with delinquent accounts according to state guidelines.
• Discuss additional product/service offerings on qualified calls.
• Use strong communication to achieve client and customer goals.
