Qualifications

• Detail oriented with ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Effective call handling skills and high levels of professionalism are required.
• Strong shift attendance is required.
• One to two years’ experience in a call center is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Proactively discuss and recommend additional products on qualified calls.
• Assist customers with inquiries and concerns.
• Document and input account information into the client system.
• Explain account status and inquiries to customers.
• Adhere to state and federal regulations relevant to duties.
• Help customers with delinquent accounts per state guidelines.
• Discuss additional products and services to customers on calls.
• Use strong communication to meet client and customer goals.
