TSI - Transworld Systems Inc. is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries from home. Training starts Nov 16, 2026, with EST hours during training, then operating hours 7am–7pm EST. Compensation is $15.00 per hour with potential bonus based on KPIs.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented with call-center experience and proficient in Microsoft Office. A high school diploma is required. Broadband internet and wired connection are provided by the company.

Qualifications

• Strong professional communication on calls and with third parties.
• 1–2 years in a call center preferred; proficient with MS apps.

Responsibilities

• Proactively discuss and promote additional products and services.
• Assist customers with inquiries/concerns and document account info.
• Meet KPIs and adhere to state/federal regulations.
• Maintain accurate records in client system.
• Support customers with delinquent accounts per state guidelines.
• Communicate clearly to meet client and customer goals.
