Transworld Systems Inc. is hiring a Remote Customer Service Representative. This position offers work from home, paid training, and growth opportunities within a team-oriented environment.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, discuss additional products, document interactions, and ensure compliance with regulations. A HS diploma and call center experience are preferred; strong communication and reliability are essential.

Competenze

• Detail oriented with ability to organize and prioritize.
• Excellent communication with customers and outside parties.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• 1–2 years call center experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications and able to learn software.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Mansioni

• Proactively discuss and recommend additional products and services to customers during qualified calls.
• Potential for monthly/quarterly bonus based on KPIs.
• Assist customers with inquiries and concerns.
• Ensure account information is accurately documented in client system.
• Explain account status and inquiries clearly to customers.
• Adhere to state and federal regulations pertaining to duties.
• Assist customers with delinquent accounts per state guidelines.
• Discuss additional product offerings on qualified calls with customers.
