Job summary

Transworld Systems Inc. is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to work from home in the United States. The role offers $15.00/hour with paid training starting Monday, November 16, 2026, and training hours 8am-5pm EST, Mon-Fri. After training, operating hours are 7am-7pm EST.

Qualifications

• One to two years' experience working in a call center is preferred.
• Detail oriented with ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Effective call handling skills and high levels of professionalism are required.
• The candidate has to be proficient with Microsoft applications and able to learn software applications.
• A High School graduate or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively discuss and recommend additional products and services during qualified calls.
• Potential for monthly and quarterly bonus based on sales performance for meeting KPIs.
• Assist customers with inquiries/concerns.
• Ensure all account information is accurately documented in the client system.
• Provide detailed explanations of account status and inquiries to customers.
• Adhere to State and Federal regulations pertaining to job duties.
• Assist customers with delinquent accounts according to state guidelines.
• Discuss additional product and service offerings with customers on qualified calls.
• Utilize exceptional communication skills to fulfill client and customer goals.
