Job summary

TSI - Transworld Systems Inc. is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative. This role offers work-from-home flexibility, paid training starting November 16, 2026, and EST hours during training with 7am–7pm EST operations thereafter.

You will assist customers, document accounts, and promote additional services while meeting KPIs. Ideal candidates are detail oriented with strong communication and attendance. A high school diploma is required; familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of call center experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong attendance and professional communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Proactively discuss and recommend additional products during calls.
• Potential for monthly/quarterly bonus based on KPIs.
• Assist customers with inquiries and concerns.
• Accurately document and input account information.
• Explain account status and inquiries clearly to customers.
• Adhere to state and federal regulations relevant to the role.
• Assist with delinquent accounts following state guidelines.
• Discuss additional product offerings with customers on qualified calls.
• Use strong communication to meet client and customer goals.
