Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking individuals to handle inbound customer calls remotely from home, assisting clients with debit card incentives, orders, and balances. BYOD setup is required and work is performed in a set of U.S. states.

Training is provided, with shifts Monday to Friday and some evenings or weekends depending on needs. The role emphasizes professional, helpful customer service, active listening, and the ability to follow scripts while resolving issues and identifying upsell

Qualifications

• Previous 3-6 months customer service or customer support experience preferred
• Previous 3-6 months call center or office background experience a plus
• Basic computer skills required
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening
• Must be 18 years of age
• A background check will be required by state and federal laws

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
• Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Access company and client resources to accurately handle the call
• Upsell products when opportunities arise
• Switch between tasks without loss of efficiency or composure
• Be available at your desk and maintain punctuality and attendance
• Remain positive and professional in all customer interactions
• Be flexible to cross-train as requested
