Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking a remote customer service representative to answer inbound calls for clients and assist customers with debit card incentives, orders, and balances. BYOD is required, with a dedicated work space and reliable internet.

Shifts run 7:00am–7:00pm CST, Mon–Fri, with paid training and a 20–40 hour workweek option. Candidates must be 18+, pass a background check, and be ready to work from home in listed states.

Qualifications

• 3-6 months of customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be 18 years of age and pass state/federal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Handle large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Follow scripts to address various topics and inquiries.
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions or alternatives.
• Access resources to accurately handle calls and up-sell when appropriate.
• Maintain professionalism and punctuality at all times.
• Be prepared to cross-train as needed.
