Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking a remote customer service representative to assist clients via inbound calls regarding debit card incentives, orders, and balances. This BYOD position requires you to provide your own equipment and a dedicated workspace, with verified high-speed internet and a secure setup.

Hours are 8:00am–8:00pm (EST) with shifts Mon–Fri; positions include full-time or part-time temporary roles, and paid training typically lasts 2–5 days.

Qualifications

• Previous 3–6 months customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age and able to pass background check.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle a large volume of inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Follow scripts to handle different topics and upsell when appropriate.
• Identify customer needs, research information, and provide solutions or alternatives.
• Access resources to accurately assist customers and resolve issues.
