Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking individuals to handle inbound calls from customers of our clients, answering questions about goods and services with a courteous, professional attitude.

This BYOD position requires your own equipment and workspace, with a secure, dedicated high-speed internet connection and a quiet area. Compensation starts at $14 per hour, with a $1 night/weekend shift differential. Full- or part-time hours available, with 20–40 hours weekly and paid training.

Qualifications

• Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
• Active listening and problem solving during calls.
• Must be 18 years of age and able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls promptly and professionally.
• Follow scripts to address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or upsell when appropriate.
• Access client resources to resolve issues and document interactions.
• Maintain punctuality and a positive, professional demeanor throughout shifts.
• Be flexible to cross-train as needed.
