Five Star Solutions is seeking individuals for a remote customer service role in the United States. You will handle inbound calls from customers regarding goods and services for clients, ensuring high-quality service with a professional attitude.

The BYOD position requires you to provide your own equipment and workspace, with verified internet and a dedicated work area. Shifts are scheduled between 7:00am-9:00pm CST, Mon-Fri with every other weekend, and includes a $15/hour base plus a $1 shift

Qualificações

• Previous 3-6 months customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age and eligible for background check.
• Must provide own equipment and workspace (BYOD) with reliable internet.
• Basic computer skills and quick learner; ability to work independently.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening.

Responsabilidades

• Handle large volumes of inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Follow scripts to handle topics and upsell when appropriate.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions.
• Access client resources to resolve inquiries.
• Maintain professionalism and punctuality.
