Five Star Solutions seeks professionals for a remote customer service role handling inbound calls from clients in the United States. You will answer inquiries about goods and services, follow scripts, and provide solutions with a professional, helpful attitude.

The position supports BYOD with home offices, requires a reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace, and offers shifts from 7:00am–9:00pm CST with a $1 uptick on nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Call center or customer service experience preferred
• Must be 18 years of age
• Background check required by state and federal laws
• BYOD: provide own equipment and workspace
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated work area required

Responsibilities

• Handle large volumes of inbound calls in a timely manner
• Follow communication scripts when handling topics
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions or alternatives
• Access company resources to accurately handle calls
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
• Maintain professionalism and punctuality in all interactions
