Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking individuals to handle inbound customer calls about goods and services, delivering high-quality service with a friendly, professional attitude.

This BYOD, work-at-home role covers several states and requires reliable internet, a dedicated workspace, and strong phone skills. Training is provided, with shifts 7:00am-9:00pm CST. A background check is required, and you must be 18 or older.

Qualifications

• Previous 3-6 months customer service or customer support experience preferred.
• Previous 3-6 months call center or office background experience a plus.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large volume of inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Follow scripts when handling different topics.
• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research and provide solutions.
• Access company resources to accurately handle calls.
• Upsell products when opportunities arise.
• Maintain professionalism and punctuality at all times.
• Be flexible to cross-train as requested.
