Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a Customer Operations Manager to manage post-sales operations for North American customers. You will coordinate purchase orders, production schedules, and delivery alignment, traveling to key sites as needed.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with ERP systems, and the ability to translate customer needs into manufacturing constraints. Remote work is possible depending on location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years in post-sales operations, account management, or technical project coordination.
• Experience with defense hardware or manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary post-sale operations liaison for North America customers.
• Lead QBRs to report delivery performance and production roadmap alignment.
• Ingest and track production forecasts with demand planners; coordinate with manufacturing and logistics.
• Manage open purchase orders and resolve delays with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee RMA process and ensure timely replacement of failed components.
