Job summary

Motorola Solutions, Silvus Technologies’ subsidiary, seeks a Customer Operations Manager to serve as the post-sales operations liaison between Silvus manufacturing and major NA customers. You’ll manage POs, production schedules, and delivery coordination, with travel to Los Angeles and across the continental U.S.

for key accounts. The role supports a remote work option depending on location, and requires strong scheduling, forecasting, and cross-functional communication to ensure on-time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years in post-sales operations, account management, or technical project coordination, defense hardware preferred.
• Strong ability to analyze schedules, POs, and demand forecasts to resolve discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary post-sale liaison for NA customers, coordinating POs, schedules, and delivery.
• Lead QBRs to report delivery performance and roadmap alignment.
• Collaborate with demand planners to translate forecasts into actionable data for manufacturing.
• Track open purchase orders and work with manufacturing and logistics to resolve delays.
• Manage escalation for hardware defects, shipping issues, or field failures.
• Oversee RMA process to ensure timely replacements and return units for analysis.
