Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Customer Operations Manager to join the Sales Operations team. You will act as the post-sales ops liaison between Silvus manufacturing and North America customers, managing purchase orders, production schedules and delivery coordination to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with the customer production roadmap.

The role requires travel to Los Angeles and across the continental U.S., with 100% remote work eligibility depending on location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years in post-sales operations, account management, or technical project coordination.
• Ability to analyze production schedules, purchase orders, and forecasts to resolve discrepancies.
• Excellent communication skills bridging customer needs and internal manufacturing constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP experience is a plus.
• Must be a U.S. Person for work under U.S. federal contracts.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary post-sales ops liaison between Silvus manufacturing and North America customers.
• Lead quarterly business reviews to report delivery performance and roadmap alignment.
• Ingest and track production forecasts with demand planners and translate into actionable data.
• Track and manage open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Escalate and manage hardware defects, shipping issues, or field failures.
• Oversee the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process for replacements.
• Travel up to 30% to the U.S. and to Silvus HQ as needed.
