Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Customer Operations Manager to act as the post-sales ops liaison between Silvus and major North American customers. You will manage POs, production schedules, and delivery coordination to align with customers' roadmaps.

The role requires travel to customer sites and headquarters, with a flexible 100% remote option depending on location. Strong communication and ERP experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a post-sales operations, account management, or technical project coordination role.
• Excellent communication skills translating customer needs to internal constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary post-sale operations contact for North America customers.
• Lead QBRs to report on delivery performance and production roadmap alignment.
• Ingest and track production forecasts with demand planners for internal teams.
• Track open POs and coordinate with manufacturing and logistics to meet delivery commitments.
• Manage escalation for hardware defects, shipping issues, or field failures.
• Oversee RMA process to ensure timely replacements and recovery for failure analysis.
• Travel up to 30% to visit customers and Silvus HQ as needed.
