Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Customer Operations Manager to serve as the post-sales operational liaison between Silvus manufacturing and North America customers. You will manage POs, production schedules, and delivery coordination to ensure integration into the customer roadmap.

100% remote eligibility depending on location, with up to 30% travel. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years in post-sales ops or technical coordination, with strong Excel and ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in operations, supply chain, business, or related field.
• 3+ years in post-sales operations, account management, or technical project coordination, preferably in defense hardware or manufacturing.
• Strong ability to analyze production schedules, purchase orders, and demand forecasts to identify discrepancies.
• Excellent communication to translate between customer needs and internal constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to clients under U.S. federal contracts.
• All employment contingent upon background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary post-sale operational liaison with North America customers.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) on delivery performance and roadmaps.
• Work with demand planners to translate forecasts into actionable manufacturing data.
• Track open purchase orders and coordinate with manufacturing and logistics to meet on-time delivery.
• Identify and escalate hardware defects, shipping issues, or field failures.
• Oversee the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process for replacements and recovery.
• Travel up to 30% to Silvus HQ and customer sites as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
