Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Customer Operations Manager for Silvus Technologies to manage post-sale operations with major North America customers, coordinating orders, schedules, and delivery across manufacturing and logistics. The role requires collaboration with demand planners and escalation management to ensure a smooth production integration.

The position supports 100% remote work depending on location, with travel to Los Angeles and nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years post-sales operations, account management, or technical project coordination.
• Experience in defense hardware or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong ability to analyze production schedules, purchase orders, and demand forecasts.
• Excellent communication translating between customer needs and internal constraints.
• Must be a U.S. Person per federal contracts.
• All employment is contingent upon a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary post-sale ops liaison with North America customers.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) on delivery performance and roadmap alignment.
• Ingest production forecasts with demand planners and translate to internal actions.
• Track open purchase orders and coordinate with manufacturing/logistics to meet deliveries.
• Manage escalation processes for hardware defects, shipping issues, or field failures.
• Oversee the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.
• Travel up to 30% to Silvus HQ and key customers across the continental U.S.
