Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Customer Operations Manager to join the Silvus Technologies team and coordinate post-sales operations for North American customers. You will manage purchase orders, production schedules, and delivery alignment with customer roadmaps.

The role requires 3+ years in post-sales operations, strong analytical and communication skills, and ERP/Excel proficiency. Remote-eligible with travel up to 30% across the continental U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Strong ability to analyze production schedules, purchase orders, and demand forecasts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between customer business needs and internal manufacturing constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary post-sales operational liaison with key North America customers.
• Lead QBRs to report delivery performance and production roadmap alignment.
• Ingest and track production forecasts with demand planners and translate into actionable data.
