Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Customer Operations Manager to serve as the primary post-sale operational liaison between manufacturing and key North America customers. You will manage purchase orders, production schedules, and delivery coordination to ensure components fit into the customer's production roadmap.

The role requires travel up to 30% to visit customers and Silvus HQ as needed. A strong background in post-sales operations and ERP systems is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years in post-sales operations, account management, or technical project coordination, preferably in defense hardware/manufacturing.
• Strong ability to analyze production schedules, purchase orders, and forecasts to resolve discrepancies.
• Excellent communication skills translating customer needs to internal constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• Must be a U.S. Person for federal contract work.
• Background check and drug test clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary post-sale ops liaison with North America customers, managing day-to-day needs and escalations.
• Lead QBRs to report delivery performance, quality metrics, and roadmap alignment.
• Ingest and track production forecasts with demand planners; translate into actionable internal data.
• Track and manage open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery with manufacturing and logistics.
• Elevate technical integration challenges and manage escalation for hardware issues or field failures.
• Oversee the RMA process to ensure timely replacement and return for analysis.
