Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Customer Operations Manager to serve as the post-sales operations liaison between Silvus Technologies and major North American customers. You will manage purchase orders, production schedules, and delivery coordination, ensuring on-time delivery and integration into customers' production roadmaps.

The role involves travel up to 30% and may be remote depending on location. Requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 3+ years in post-sales operations or similar

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Strong ability to analyze production schedules, purchase orders, and demand forecasts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between customer business needs and internal manufacturing constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary post-sale operations liaison with key North America customers, managing day-to-day needs and escalations.
• Lead QBRs to report delivery performance, quality metrics, and production roadmap alignment.
• Ingest and track production forecasts with demand planners and translate into actionable data for manufacturing and supply chain teams.
• Track open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery, resolving delays with manufacturing and logistics.
• Manage the RMA process to ensure timely replacement of failed components and recovery for analysis.
