Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Customer Operations Manager to serve as the primary post-sales operational liaison between Silvus Technologies and North American customers. You will manage purchase orders, production schedules, and delivery coordination to ensure components are delivered on time and aligned with the customer production roadmap.

The role requires travel to the Los Angeles HQ and across the continental U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years in post-sales operations, account management, or technical project coordination (defense hardware/manufacturing preferred).
• Strong ability to analyze production schedules, POs, and demand forecasts to identify discrepancies.
• Excellent communication to translate customer needs to internal constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary post-sales operations liaison for key NA customers, managing day-to-day needs and escalations.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to report delivery performance and roadmap alignment.
• Coordinate with demand planners to ingest and track production forecasts.
• Track and manage open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery with manufacturing and logistics.
• Escalate and manage hardware defects, shipping issues, or field failures when needed.
• Oversee the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process to ensure timely replacements.
• Travel up to 30% to Silvus HQ and key customers across the continental U.S.
