Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Customer Operations Manager on the Silvus team to serve as the primary post-sales liaison between manufacturing and North American customers. You will manage purchase orders, schedules, and delivery coordination to ensure components ship on time and align with the customer's production roadmap.

The role requires strong schedule analysis, clear communication, and collaboration with demand planners, with up to 30% travel across the continental U.S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in post-sales operations, account management, or technical project coordination in a defense hardware or manufacturing context.
• Strong ability to analyze schedules, POs, and forecasts to resolve discrepancies.
• Excellent communication translating customer needs to manufacturing constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary post-sale operational liaison between Silvus manufacturing and North America customers.
• Lead QBRs to report on delivery performance, quality metrics, and roadmap alignment.
• Ingest and track production forecasts with demand planners and translate into actionable internal data.
• Track and manage open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery; coordinate with manufacturing and logistics to resolve delays.
• Identify and escalate hardware defects, shipping issues, or field failures as needed; manage RMAs for replacements.
• Travel up to 30% to Silvus HQ in Los Angeles and to key customers across the continental U.S.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
