Job summary

BRUNT Workwear is seeking a remote Customer Experience Ambassador to engage with customers across channels, manage tickets, and build lasting relationships. You will learn BRUNT product lines and guide customers to the best solutions while contributing to a positive, high-speed service environment.

You’ll work from home with a fixed schedule, adhere to CSAT and response-time targets, and support seasonal demand. Eligible states include WI and other listed states; compensation is hourly in USD.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service across retail, call center, or remote channels.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet SLAs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers across channels and manage ticket volume.
• Meet or exceed CSAT, response time, and efficiency metrics.
• Develop product knowledge to guide customers to best-fit BRUNT products.
• Provide insights from feedback to CX leadership to improve processes.
• Learn company policies and workflows to make customer-focused decisions.
