BRUNT Workwear in the United States is seeking a friendly brand ambassador dedicated to turning customers into loyal fans. This remote role focuses on delivering exceptional experiences across channels while building product knowledge to recommend the best BRUNT gear.

You’ll manage a steady ticket flow, hit CSAT and response-time goals, and collaborate with the CX Leadership team to reduce customer effort while upholding BRUNT’s values.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles across retail, call center, or remote environments.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet SLAs.
• Strong written and verbal communication and multi-platform tech proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers across channels while managing a designated ticket volume.
• Meet or exceed CSAT targets, response times, and efficiency standards.
• Develop knowledge of BRUNT's product portfolio to guide purchases.
• Analyze feedback trends and suggest solutions to reduce customer effort.
• Understand policies and workflows to make customer-focused decisions aligned with BRUNT's values.
