Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed CSAT, response time, and efficiency metrics.
• Develop product knowledge to guide customers to best-fitting BRUNT products.
• Analyze feedback trends and suggest improvements to reduce customer effort.
• Understand policies and stay adaptable to BRUNT's values in decisions.
