Job summary

BRUNT Workwear is seeking a remote Customer Experience Advocate who will deliver exceptional support and build loyal relationships with customers nationwide. You will resolve issues across channels, leverage product knowledge to guide purchases, and contribute to ongoing improvements in customer experience.

This non-exempt, hourly role requires empathy, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with flexible scheduling to cover peak seasons and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service environments (retail, call center, or remote).
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve issues promptly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with clear, professional tone.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers across channels while managing a designated ticket volume.
• Meet or exceed CSAT, response time, and efficiency targets.
• Develop product knowledge to guide customers to best-fitting BRUNT products.
• Analyze feedback trends and provide insights to improve customer experience.
• Understand and apply BRUNT policies and workflows to decisions.
