Job summary

The role is non-exempt and hourly, with initial training and a dynamic schedule that adapts to seasonal demand, including peak holiday periods. A strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in retail, call center, or remote settings.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet SLAs.
• Ability to navigate multiple platforms with composure and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers across channels while managing ticket volume.
• Meet or exceed CSAT goals, response times, and efficiency standards.
• Develop knowledge of BRUNT products to guide customers.
• Analyze feedback trends and suggest solutions to CX Leadership.
• Understand company policies and make customer-focused decisions.
