Job summary

BRUNT Workwear is seeking a customer experience ambassador to engage with customers across channels, resolve issues, and build loyalty. This 100% remote, hourly position is non-exempt. You will deliver exceptional service and learn BRUNT’s product line while meeting targets.

Initial training and regular scheduling are provided, with holiday coverage during peak seasons. You will collaborate with CX leadership to reduce customer effort and enhance team effectiveness while upholding BRUNT’s values.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive amazing customer experiences with positive feedback.
• Experience resolving issues with composure and professionalism.
• Technical proficiency managing multiple platforms while assisting customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers across all channels while managing a designated ticket volume.
• Meet or exceed CSAT, response time, and efficiency metrics.
• Develop expert knowledge of BRUNT product portfolio to guide customers.
• Analyze feedback trends and provide insights to CX Leadership.
• Understand policies and workflows and make customer-focused decisions.
