Job summary

BRUNT Workwear is seeking a remote Customer Experience Advocate to join our brand team. You will engage customers across channels, resolve issues, and build loyal relationships while upholding BRUNT’s service standards.

You’ll own knowledge of BRUNT’s products, hit CSAT targets, respond quickly, and collaborate with the CX Leadership team to reduce effort and improve processes. This is a non-exempt, hourly role with flexible training hours and holiday coverage.

• Proven experience in customer service
• Ability to work across channels (phone, email, chat)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers across channels while managing a designated ticket volume
• Meet or exceed CSAT goals and response-time benchmarks
• Develop expert knowledge of BRUNT product portfolio to guide customers
• Analyze feedback trends and propose CX improvements to leadership
• Understand policies and workflows to make customer-focused decisions
