Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles across retail, in-person, call-center or remote environments.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer experiences and timely responses meeting SLAs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to navigate and resolve issues with composure and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers across channels while managing a designated ticket volume.
• Meet or exceed CSAT, response time, and efficiency metrics.
• Develop product knowledge to guide customers to best-fit BRUNT products.
• Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to CX Leadership.
• Understand company policies and make customer-focused decisions.
