Jerry.ai is seeking a Customer Operations teammate to take great care of our customers, answer inbound calls, and help users navigate our growing insurance app. This fully remote, fast-paced role values empathy, clarity, and teamwork.

You will work with a wide panel of insurers, process service requests for vehicles and documents, and contribute ideas to improve the product based on customer feedback. Prior customer service or hospitality experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and strong

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
• Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Taking great care of our customers and proactively addressing needs.

• Getting deep on the product to match customers with the right options.

• Processing service requests for vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and documents.
• Providing feedback to help improve the product based on customer input.
