Jerry.ai is seeking a Customer Operations team member to provide warm, responsive service to policyholders and help customers navigate the evolving insurance app. You’ll identify gaps, offer relevant discounts, and process requests with accuracy.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and a proactive approach to solving problems in a fast-paced, fully remote environment across a broad U.S. footprint.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
• Candidate should be genuinely friendly and positive, with willingness to work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Taking great care of our customers.
• Don't just answer the question—catch what the customer didn’t know to ask about (e.g., a coverage gap or eligible discount).
• Answering inbound calls from policyholders who need something changed.
• Know the product inside out across a large panel of insurance companies; help customers pick the right fit as the app evolves.
• Problem solving to resolve customer inquiries effectively.
• Processing service requests—vehicles, drivers, lienholders, policy documents.
• Provide feedback to help make the product better; your suggestions ship quickly.
