Job summary

BRUNT Workwear is seeking a brand ambassador to deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term relationships with customers across channels. You will leverage product knowledge to guide customers and drive satisfaction, while aligning with BRUNT values.

This 100% remote role requires residing in eligible states and offers an hourly compensation range. Initial training is Monday–Friday with a later regular schedule and holiday coverage. Competitive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles (retail, call center, or remote) with a track record of delivering strong customer experiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to resolve issues calmly and professionally.
• Ability to navigate multiple platforms while assisting customers and meeting SLAs.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset and ownership of tasks, with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers across all channels while managing a designated ticket volume.
• Meet or exceed CSAT, response time, and efficiency metrics.
• Develop expert knowledge of BRUNT's product portfolio to guide customers to best-fit products.
• Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to reduce effort and enhance team effectiveness.
• Understand company policies and make customer-focused decisions aligned with BRUNT's values.
