Job summary

BRUNT Workwear is hiring a customer experience specialist to serve as a brand ambassador, delivering outstanding service and building loyal relationships. You will resolve issues, understand customer needs, and guide product choices across channels.

The role is non-exempt and hourly, 100% remote with eligibility states including GA. You’ll meet CSAT targets, manage tickets, and collaborate with the CX leadership to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service across retail, call center or remote channels.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet SLAs.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers across channels while managing a designated ticket volume.
• Meet or exceed CSAT goals, response time expectations and efficiency standards.
• Develop product knowledge to guide customers to best-fit BRUNT products.
• Analyze feedback trends and suggest CX improvements to leadership.
• Understand policies and workflows to make customer-focused decisions.
